Hephaestus is the addon’s crafting Ultimate. Every other Ultimate makes you stronger in a
fight; this one makes you stronger at the forge — and then lets you carry
that mastery into the fight anyway.
The forge answers its lord.
Hephaestus evolves from Creator and Godly Craftsman, both mastered. It consumes
nothing — you keep both prerequisites.
Learning it costs no magicule, unlike most Ultimates. The gate is the two mastered
prerequisites and the usual Ultimate requirements, not the price.
Cycle modes the normal Tensura way, then press to use.
Repairs the item in your hand to full durability. If it is an item you made at the
forge, it also rerolls its quality with a completely fresh score —
between 35 and 95 (defaults, server-configurable). The old quality is not inherited, so a
reforge can go either way.
Opens an engraving picker for the held item and applies one engraving to
it.
Pulls a weapon out of nothing — a soul-bound blade that lasts 5 minutes and is destroyed if
you drop it. Its quality rank scales with your forge mastery: one rank per 8 mastery levels.
A melee shockwave in a 5 block cone that hits everything in front of you. Damage is
12 base, plus 0.8 per forge mastery level, plus 6 per quality rank of the best item
you have ever crafted.
A veteran smith swings this far harder than a new one. It is the only mode that turns your
crafting record directly into damage.
Binds the nearest target in a 12 block cone, rooting it in place for 6 seconds.
A separate toggle, independent of the mode cycle. While on, every ore within 24 blocks is
outlined through solid stone — including magic ore mother rock. The
scan refreshes every couple of seconds as you move.
It drains 150 magicule per tick while active, and switches itself off with a chat warning
the moment you cannot pay for it.
Once per in-game day, the first forge minigame stage you play scores a
perfect 100/100 automatically. You still have to play the stage — your input is simply
discarded in favour of a flawless result.
If you belong to a nation, every online member of your nation gets
+3 forge quality while you are online. It costs you nothing and has no daily limit — your
teammates simply craft better because you exist.
This makes a Hephaestus holder genuinely valuable to a nation’s crafting economy, not just to
themselves.
